Angela Evelyn Bassett was born in the United States. Angela Evelyn is an American actor. Bassett is originally from New York New York. She was born in Winston-Salem North Carolina. At the age of Bassett was about five, she and her sister relocated to St. Petersburg, Florida to stay with their mother, who was been divorced from her father. Bassett was at the age of high school when she saw the James Earl Jones staring John Steinbeck production Of Mice and Men and knew that her dream to become an actor been born. In the year 1980, Bassett completed her studies at Yale University New Haven Connecticut with an undergraduate degree in African American studies. She was also awarded a degree by the Yale School of Drama. While at Yale she met Courtney B. Vance a co-actor and they got married in 1997. Qualification: B.A. degree in African-American studies, 1980. Masters of Fine Arts degree from the Yale School of Drama School: Jordan Park Elementary School Disston Middle School (seventh grade) Azalea Middle School (eighth and ninth grade) Boca Ciega High School. Angela Bassett is currently working in one of the lead characters in the film Ramonda in the action-adventure film i.e. Black Panther Wakanda forever 2022.
